Eldon Taylor is considered to be an expert in the area of preconscious information processing and has served as an expert trial witness with regards to both subliminal communication and hypnosis. Eldon was a practicing criminalist for over ten years where he supervised and conducted investigations and testing to detect deception. His earliest work with changing inner beliefs was conducted from this setting, including a double-blind study conducted at the Utah State Prison from 1986 to 1987. Lois Aileen Bey is an American chemical engineer who overcame overt sexism throughout her lifetime. On June 9, 1950, she made history as the first woman to graduate from the chemical engineering program at Illinois Institute of Technology (IIT). She was also the only woman in the program at that time.
On September 2001, Dr. Ahmed Zewail, 1999 Nobel Laureate in Chemistry, gave the Ralph Peck Memorial Lecture, to celebrate IIT's century of excellence in chemical engineering education and research. During this lecture, the chairman of the department, named Dr. Hamid Arastoopour, presented Lois Bey with the IIT Distinguished Alumni Award. It had a memorial plaque that read: "In recognition of her pioneering role as the first female graduate in chemical engineering at IIT, her commitment, and her contribution to the chemical engineering profession."
Lois recalled that previously the proudest moment in her life had been when she got up on the stage at the Civic Opera House, completing a long-held dream to receive her engineering degree. She said that this award was another memorable moment in her lifetime.

Ravinder Taylor is Vice President of Progressive Awareness Research, Inc. (PAR). She has been with the company for twenty-five years beginning in the shipping department and working her way up in the company. As such, she is very well acquainted with every aspect of the companies operation. She currently directly oversees the marketing and PR operations, contributing editorial content, web design, copy editing and research proposals. She left UK's Department of Trade and Industries (DTI) to join PAR. Before the DTI she was employed at the Leicester Royal Infirmary in their Public Health Laboratory.
Ravinder holds a B.Sc. degree in microbiology from Aberystwyth University in Wales, a Bachelors degree in Metaphysics from the University of Metaphysics in Sedona, Arizona, has studied hypnosis and psychotherapy at the National College of Hypnosis and Psychotherapy in London, England, and is an ordained interdenominational minister. In her time at PAR she has acted as the senior editor of five International best-selling books and single-handedly launched the marketing campaign that made Choices and Illusions a NY Times Bestseller. She has trained publicists and has herself represented clients as their publishing agent.
Ravinder is presently also the co-host of the popular radio talk show, Provocative Enlightenment. She has made numerous radio and personal appearances representing the InnerTalk brand. She is also a co-author of the, Peripheral Learning Desk Reference, a volume dedicated to reviewing thousands of research designs examining subliminal research.
Andrea was born and raised in Hays, Kansas and graduated with her BS in Kinesiology from Kansas State University. She moved to Washington State intending on completing her doctorate where she married her husband, Mark Rosenboom. She joined Progressive Awareness Research in 2007 in the shipping department and quickly rose within the company. She mastered various duties within the company including packaging and product design, sales promotion and marketing management, web site maintenance and design, as well as all other aspects expected from a personal assistant. Within 3 years Andrea had earned the position of Chief Operations Officer.
In August of 2011, her husband Mark, who is in the Air Force, was transferred to California. Considered to be too valuable an asset to lose, Progressive Awareness engaged Andrea as an agent specializing in online marketing and acting as a virtual personal assistant to Dr. Eldon Taylor. In the latter capacity Andrea sometimes acts as a radio producer for Eldon's radio show, Provocative Enlightenment.
Eldon considers Andrea to be the very best PA he has ever worked with. Today Andrea balances her virtual work with her role of wife and mother to two sons. Her favorite pastimes are outdoor activities and watching classic movies.
