using your recordings. I have come to realize that without feed back
It must be difficult to gauge how your students are doing. In the past
13 months I have lost 53 lbs. using the weight loss now tape. As time
has gone by I have come to realize that this is not as significant as
my exploration into the moving factors to my weight gain. By using other
tapes like ones on success and determination I am able to see clear
mental patterns which stemming from a general lack of responsibility
and self-esteem in my character lead to nervous anxiety which expresses
itself as nailbiting and a tendency to overeat. Rather than deal with
these problems directly over the year I have developed coping mechanisms
like exercise To keep my weight under control as well as the stereotypical
course of denial as to just how heavy I was. I will keep on using the
recordings to see how much more I can learn from them and I realize
that my neurotic behavior took 40 years to develop and it will take
some time to diffuse the affectations which protect My other fears from
